Jacksonville, Florida (1991): A City of Expression (ACOE), a newly formed arts organization on Jacksonville's Westside, sponsored art events and four publications before disbanding in early 1992.
The first, SPARK, was an art festival program that evolved into three editions of what was then known as iD Magazine: The Yellow, Red, and Green Editions. View and read these four publications by clicking the links in the Early Publications area on the navigation menu at the top and bottom of each page displayed within this website.
